Gilles Deleuze

Is a French philosopher, born 18 January 1925 in Paris.  He is considered to be philosopher most influential and important of the 20th century.

Deleuze went to high school "Carnot" during the Second World Ward. Between 1944 and 1948 made his studies of philosophy in La Sorbona.  

He taught in various schools until 1957, when started into working in La Sorbona. From 1964 to 1969 he was a faculty member at the University of Lyon.
In 1969 start in the University to Paris VII when he worked until their withdrawal of university life in 1987.
In 1965 took his life, launched himself intoempty space the window of apartment. 

Written around the eighteen books, and seven more in collaboration.

Spinoza: Philosophy Practical (1981)

I like him because is a filosopher that breaks away from the traditional schemas. Valued leisure time and own ideas.
